Fresh, clean, ripe and sound organic sweet potatoes which are transferred to the organic sweet potato pulp production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected organic sweet potatoes are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the organic sweet potato mash is obtained. After that, the organic sweet potato mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the organic sweet potato pulp.

organic sweet potato pulp is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed organic sweet potato pulp is transferred to the storage area.
