Fresh, clean, ripe and sound organic butternut squash fruits which are transferred to the organic butternut squash puree production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected organic butternut squash fruits are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the organic butternut squash mash is obtained. After that, the organic butternut squash mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the organic butternut squash puree.

Organic Butternut squash puree is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed organic butternut squash puree is transferred to the storage area.
