Fresh, clean, ripe and sound White Guava fruits which are transferred to the White Guava Pulp production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected White Guavas are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the White Guava Mash is obtained. After that, the White Guava mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the White Guava Pulp.

White Guava Pulp is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed White Guava pulp is transferred to the storage area.
