Fresh, clean, ripe and sound Tropical Fruit which are transferred to the Tropical Fruit Puree production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected Tropical Fruits are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Tropical Fruit Mash is obtained. After that, the Tropical Fruit mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Tropical Fruit Puree.

Tropical Fruit Puree is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed Tropical Fruit Puree is transferred to the storage area.
