Fresh, clean, ripe and sound Tommy Atkins Mangoes which are transferred to the Tommy Atkins Mango pulp production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected Tommy Atkins Mangoes are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Tommy Atkins Mango mash is obtained. After that, the Tommy Atkins Mango mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Tommy Atkins Mango pulp.

Tommy Atkins Mango pulp is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed Tommy Atkins Mango pulp is transferred to the storage area.
