Fresh, clean, ripe and sound pumpkin fruits which are transferred to the Pumpkin Pulp production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected pumpkins are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Pumpkin Mash is obtained. After that, the pumpkin mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Pumpkin Pulp.

Pumpkin Pulp is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed pumpkin pulp is transferred to the storage area.
