Fresh, clean, ripe and sound organic strawberry fruits which are transferred to the Organic Strawberry Puree Concentrate production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected organic strawberries are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Organic Strawberry Mash is obtained. After that, the organic strawberry mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Organic Strawberry Puree. A further evaporation (concentration) process is perfomed in order to produce the Organic Strawberry Puree Concentrate if a higher concentration is required.

Organic Strawberry Puree Concentrate is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed organic strawberry puree concentrate is transferred to the storage area.
