Fresh, clean, ripe and sound organic plum fruits which are transferred to the Organic Plum Pulp production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected organic plums are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Organic Plum Mash is obtained. After that, the organic plum mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Organic Plum Pulp.

Organic Plum Pulp is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed organic plum pulp is transferred to the storage area.
