Fresh, clean, ripe and sound organic pear fruits which are transferred to the Organic Pear Puree Concentrate production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected organic pears are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Organic Pear Mash is obtained. After that, the organic pear mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Organic Pear Puree. A further evaporation (concentration) process is perfomed in order to produce the Organic Pear Puree Concentrate if a higher concentration is required.

Organic Pear Puree Concentrate is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed organic pear puree concentrate is transferred to the storage area.
