Fresh, clean, ripe and sound Organic Mangoes which are transferred to the Organic Mango Puree Concentrate production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected Organic Mangoes are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Organic Mango Mash is obtained. After that, the Organic Mango mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Organic Mango Puree. A further evaporation (concentration) process is perfomed in order to produce the Organic Mango Puree Concentrate if a higher concentration is required.

Organic Mango Puree Concentrate is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed Organic Mango puree concentrate is transferred to the storage area.
