Organic Fruit Purees
Organic Fruit Purees are simply the organic fruit mashes which are produced by milling (mechanical crushing) and fining the edible parts of fresh, clean, ripe and sound organic fruits after removal of the inedible parts like peels and stones. If some part of the natural water in the organic fruit purees is removed by evaporation, the product obtained is called organic fruit puree concentrates.

Production
Organic Fruit purees production on
industrial scale starts with the transportation of the harvested
fresh organic fruits to the organic fruit purees production
facility. Organic Fruits which are collected at the organic fruit
purees production facility are first subjected to the pre-washing
stage where gravel, sand and similar foreign materials are removed
from the fresh organic fruits. After this stage; Rotten, mouldy and
unripe organic fruits are selected and removed on the sorting belt
and the second washing stage follows. After the second washing
process, the inedible parts of the organic fruits like stones,
sticks and peels are removed. After all these preparation stages of
organic fruit purees production; Selected fresh, clean, ripe and
sound organic fruits are transferred to the milling process where
the intermediate product called the organic fruit mash is obtained
by the mechanical crushing process in the mills. The organic fruit
mash is then heated up to a certain temperature and then directly
transferred to the pulper where the final product called the
Organic Fruit Purees are obtained. Most of the time, organic fruit
purees name is used for the concentrated organic fruit purees as
well by mentioning the brix value, so in order to avoid any
confusion, the term single strength organic fruit purees is the
common name used in the industry.

If required, organic fruit purees
can be concentrated by means of evaporation process and the
products obtained at the desired concentration after the
evaporation process are called Organic Fruit Puree Concentrates.
Organic Fruit Purees or the Organic Fruit Puree Concentrates is
then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags
in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with
specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed
organic fruit purees or the organic fruit puree concentrates is
transferred to the storage area.
