Organic Fruit Puree
Organic Fruit Puree is simply the organic fruit mash which is produced by milling (mechanical crushing) and fining the edible parts of fresh, clean, ripe and sound organic fruits after removal of the inedible parts like peels and stones. If some part of the natural water in the organic fruit puree is removed by evaporation, the product obtained is called organic fruit puree concentrate.

Production
Organic fruit puree production on
industrial scale starts with the transportation of the harvested
fresh organic fruits to the organic fruit puree production
facility. Organic fruits which are collected at the organic fruit
puree production facility are first subjected to the pre-washing
stage where gravel, sand and similar foreign materials are removed
from the fresh organic fruits. After this stage; Rotten, mouldy and
unripe organic fruits are selected and removed on the sorting belt
and the second washing stage follows. After the second washing
process, the inedible parts of the organic fruits like stones,
sticks and peels are removed. After all these preparation stages of
organic fruit puree production; Selected fresh, clean, ripe and
sound organic fruits are transferred to the milling process where
the intermediate product called the organic fruit mash is obtained
by the mechanical crushing process in the mills. The organic fruit
mash is then heated up to a certain temperature and then directly
transferred to the pulper where the final product called the
Organic Fruit Puree is obtained. Most of the time, organic fruit
puree name is used for the concentrated organic fruit puree as well
by mentioning the brix value, so in order to avoid any confusion,
the term single strength organic fruit puree is the common name
used in the industry.

Concentrate
If required, organic fruit puree can
be concentrated by means of evaporation process and the product
obtained at the desired concentration after the evaporation process
is called Organic Fruit Puree Concentrate. Organic Fruit Puree or
the Organic Fruit Puree Concentrate is then packed, through aseptic
filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in
bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer
requirements and then the packed organic fruit puree or the organic
fruit puree concentrate is transferred to the storage
area.
Organic Fruit Puree Applications
Organic Fruit Puree and Organic Fruit Puree Concentrate are mainly used as the raw material for the organic fruit juice industry, for the production of 100% organic fruit juices, organic fruit nectars, organic fruit drinks and also used in the production of organic jam, organic marmelade, organic ice cream, organic yoghurt and similar organic products.
