Fresh, clean, ripe and sound Kent Mangoes which are transferred to the Kent Mango pulp production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected Kent Mangoes are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Kent Mango mash is obtained. After that, the Kent Mango mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Kent Mango pulp.

Kent Mango pulp is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed Kent Mango pulp is transferred to the storage area.
