Fresh, clean, ripe and sound Guava fruits which are transferred to the Guava Puree production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected Guavas are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Guava Mash is obtained. After that, the Guava mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Guava Puree.

Guava Puree is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed Guava Puree is transferred to the storage area.
