Fresh, clean, ripe and sound Exotic Fruit which are transferred to the Exotic Fruit Puree production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected Exotic Fruits are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Exotic Fruit Mash is obtained. After that, the Exotic Fruit mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Exotic Fruit Puree.

Exotic Fruit Puree is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed Exotic Fruit Puree is transferred to the storage area.
