Deionized Grape Concentrate is produced by the clarification, filtration, deionization and the evaporation (concentration) of Grape Juice which has already been obtained by processing the fresh, clean, ripe and sound grapes through the consecutive stages of washing, sorting, crushing and pressing .

Naturally occuring substances which give the acidity, color and the taste (aroma) of grape juice are removed by the deionization process where the natural sugar content of the grape juice is preserved in the final product. Having no color, taste and odour; Deionized Grape Concentrate is widely used as a natural sweetener in the food and beverages industry.

Deionized Grape Concentrate is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and the packed deionized grape concentrate is transferred to the storage area.
