Fresh, clean, ripe and sound carrot fruits which are transferred to the Carrot Pulp production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected carrots are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the Carrot Mash is obtained. After that, the carrot mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the Carrot Pulp.

Carrot Pulp is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed carrot pulp is transferred to the storage area.
