Fresh, clean, ripe and sound butternut squash fruits which are transferred to the butternut squash pulp production facility are first subjected to pre-washing and sorting stages and the selected butternut squash fruits are then subjected to the milling process where the intermediate product called the butternut squash mash is obtained. After that, the butternut squash mash is heated up to a certain temperature and goes under the fining process in order to obtain the final product called the butternut squash pulp.

Butternut squash pulp is then packed, through aseptic filling or cold filling, into PE bags in metal or plastic drums, in bins or into food tankers with specific volumes as per customer requirements and then the packed butternut squash pulp is transferred to the storage area.
